Refund policy
At Royale Health Gummies. we make sure to keep our products and ingredients quality are at the highest possible standards. If you are however unhappy with your order, kindly contact us at it@jbgroupo.com for refunds under the following conditions:
- Refunds are decided by the Royale Health Gummies team with valid reasons
- If you made a mistake in your order (items or quantities), we will keep your balance as a wallet that you can use anytime during the next 3 months
- We will not accept requests more than 3 days after the purchase date
- Cost of delivery, if any, will not be included in the refund
- Refunds can and will only be made to the credit card/ debit card that was used to process the purchase
- Refunds for Cash-on-delivery orders are not accepted
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus item, and documentation shipped with the product and must be returned in original condition. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse return of items when it is obvious that hygiene measures have not been followed. If the product is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).
